With 190hp map: 1. when the car is NOT in that "werid limpmode" and it uses all 190 horsepower, the torque reaches max 400nm (inection max 80mg). 2. when the car entered in that limpmode and it is not using all power, the torque reaches max 300nm (injection max 55mg). With 163hp map (stock map):
I've got a mapped E90 320d (m47) running at 210bhp and I keep blowing the EGR cooler on it..happens when I've been giving it some welly it seems. The flexi copper coloured pipe keeps splitting, releasing exhaust gasses into the cabin. I replaced my old one with a part worn and it's failed already.

I thought I would would share my thoughts after recently selling my nice 325i Montego, capping off ca 5 year ownership of 2 different E90s.
